"Discuss, write and send proposal to prospect"

<p>Check the prospect wishes to use club services, and to make a commitment of resource, both financial and staff time and the club wishes to accept the engagement.</p> <p>Agree the goals of the engagement criteria for acceptance:</p> <p>For application service provision, the following aspects are discussed: service level criteria; pricing; payment terms; periodicity; duration.</p> <p>For software development, the following aspects are discussed: day rate, number of days of development, agile approach, scope of development, copyright and licensing of product.</p> <p>For requirements analysis, the following aspects are discussed: day rate, number of days of analysis, volere approach, scope of analysis, copyright and licensing of product.</p> <p>Todo: More about other services.</p> <p>Write the agreement up as a formal proposal. Reserve specified resources for a specified time period. Send the proposal to the prospect for review.</p> <p>Record interaction.</p> <p>The proposal is accepted as the basis of a project engagement.</p> <p>The proposal is discussed further, the proposal is reworked, and resent to the prospect.</p> <p>The proposal is rejected by the prospect.</p>
